Is it possible to change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, it’s final. We hustle to get your order out ASAP, so we can’t modify it. Expect your goodies in 7-14 business days. We ship with UPS, but if you’re using a USPS PO Box or Military address, we’ve got you covered with USPS.

What if I need to exchange an item?

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to send it back for store credit. Remember, we don’t do refunds. You’ll get credit for the item’s price, but not for shipping, taxes, or discounts. Make sure what you’re returning is in its original state, original packaging, and with all product tags attached. You’re in charge of sending it back to us. If your item’s defective, we’ll refund the shipping cost. Anything sent back after 14 days from delivery won’t be accepted, no if’s, and’s, or but’s. Give us up to 10 business days to process your return and issue that credit.

Can you tell me about your return policy?

All sales are final here. But if something’s not quite right, you can return items for store credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself, unless you’re returning a damaged/defective item. Don’t wait around – returns are only good for 14 days after delivery. And that’s the rule, no exceptions.

What is the Pre-Launch Event?

The Pre-Launch Event gives you the opportunity to purchase styles that are out of stock, but you are able to get them made before they are restocked. Production can take anywhere from 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. Business Days does not include weekends and holidays.
